Lumen Christi Uniform Vote Count Complete!

 

As per policy, two thirds of the vote needs to be in favour of the going ahead with a uniform.

Our official count is less than two thirds. Our current Lumen Christi Dress Code will continue to be in effect.

 

397 Ballots were sent home Feb. 1 to each family in JK to 7.  (31 of our families that have children in grade 8 only did not receive ballots as per Board Policy)

 

368 Ballots were returned (92.6% return) as follows:

 

Yes         230 (63.4%) 

No          133 (36.6%)

 

Totaling 363 Votes

 

5 Ballots not included (4 unsigned and 1 with no vote indicated)

 

We thank our community for an overwhelming response to the survey.  As per board policy, this vote cannot be undertaken for another 3 years.
