Principal’s Message

Welcome to St. Joseph Catholic School. It is a great honour to work, grow, learn and serve in such a vibrant and Faith-centered school community!  As a Catholic community we are encouraged to celebrate our talents and evangelize our Gospel Values.

Our Catholic elementary school, J.K. to Grade 8, is located in Oakville, within the region of Halton. Currently, we have approximately 360 students registered at our school. We work together in partnership with the pastoral team of St. Dominic Church, the home and the community to develop our students spiritually, academically, physically, emotionally and socially. It is our Faith-centered focus and commitment that makes us special and unique. 

To new families in our community, we welcome you. We encourage you to become involved in this school as parent volunteers and advocates.  Catholic School Council meetings are advertised in the monthly newsletters and parents are encouraged to attend. This website is one of the  many tools by which we communicate with our community.  Our handbook on this website contains information on school policy and routines that will be of assistance to you.  We look forward to an exciting and memorable year at St. Joseph Catholic School!
