What do I need to hand in on Wednesday, March 6th to complete my Option Sheet Package for next year?
1. Completed Hardcopy Option Sheet (Coloured Sheet) with courses circled, alternate courses added, and all signatures on front and back.
2. myBlueprint printout - Course Selection Sign-Off Sheet with Signatures
3. Student Activity Fee - $65 Cheque payable to Holy Trinity CSS
 
DEADLINE  - Wednesday, March 6th , 2013 – Hand in to your HOMEROOM TEACHER
Need some help with Course Selections and Pathway Planning?
Students are encouraged to;
a. Use myBlueprint – High School Planner, Post-Secondary Planner, Occupation Planner, Interest Surveys
b. Use helpful websites from their student handout.  Please see attachment for handout.
c. Review plan with their Guidance Counsellors – Book early because appointments fill up.

Holy Trinity uses myBlueprint for Course Catalogue and online Course Selection/Registration – activation key is holytrinityss for student and parent accounts
myBlueprint will be activated for submissions on Friday, February 15th 3pm.  Each student has an account @ www.myblueprint.ca for Education planning and submitting course requests for next year.   Please see attachment for online instructions.

Option Sheet Distribution and Collection for September 2013 - Due Wednesday, March 6th to Homeroom Teacher
Grade 9-11 Students will be receiving their Option Sheets and online myBlueprint Instructions during their Grade Presentations.
 
The Grade 10 presentation will take place on Tues Feb 5th and Wed Feb 6th during Period 2.  The Grade 11 presentation will take place on Thurs Feb 7th and Mon Feb 11th during Period 2.  The Grade 9 presentation will take place on Tues Feb 12th and Thurs Feb 14th during Period 2.

30% Off Tuition Fees for College or University
High schools in your board recently received posters, flyers and parent fact sheets outlining a government program that provides tuition grants to Grade 12 students who go on to postsecondary education. This tuition grant is designed to help make postsecondary education more affordable for Ontario families.
 
For 2012-13, full-time university and college degree students could receive a grant of $1,680 while qualifying college diploma and certificate students would get $770.
