KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
January 24th and 25th, 2012
Tuesday, January 24th and Wednesday, January 25th, 2012; 9:00 a.m. – 12 Noon and 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Registration for ELKP students for September 2012 and new SK students will be held on the above dates. If you already have children attending our school, and will be registering a student, please notify the office. We will send you a registration form which you can complete at home.
PLEASE NOTE: Registrations are not considered complete and will not be processed until we have all the necessary documentation.
You will need to bring the following support documents with you at the time of registration:
Birth Certificate
Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate
Immunization Record
If your child is not baptized Catholic then we require a baptismal certificate for one parent.
First year (JK) ELKP children are required to be 4 years of age on or before December 31st, 2012. Second year (SK) ELKP children are required to be 5 years of age on or before December 31st, 2012.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will be offering a full day Early Learning Program.
Children currently attending Junior Kindergarten are not required to register for Senior Kindergarten. Placement for Senior Kindergarten will be automatically processed by the school for September 2012.
If you are interested in registering your child for full day ELP and are not within our school boundaries, please go to your home school and fill out a cross boundary application. Available spots in our program will be allocated by a lottery system which will take place in June.
Extended hours day care will be available if there is a need. More information will be available at registration. Please call Holly at the YMCA (905)877-0367.
