JK/SK REGISTRATION – January 26th & 27th, 2010
Tuesday, January 26th and Wednesday, January 27th, 2010; 9:00 a.m. – 12 Noon and 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Registration for JK students for September 2010 and new SK students will be held on the above dates. If you already have children attending our school, and will be registering a JK student, please notify the office. We will send you a registration form which you can complete at home.
PLEASE NOTE: Registrations are not considered complete and will not be processed until we have all the necessary documentation.
You will need to bring the following support documents with you at the time of registration:
Birth Certificate
Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate
Immunization Record
Junior Kindergarten children are required to be 4 years of age on or before December 31st, 2010. Senior Kindergarten children are required to be 5 years of age on or before December 31st, 2010.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your child requires bussing, he/she will generally be registered in the morning.
If your child is a walker, he/she will generally be registered in the pm classes.
Children currently attending Junior Kindergarten are not required to register for Senior Kindergarten. Placement for Senior Kindergarten will be automatically processed by the school for September 2009.
Due to our continuing growth, we cannot guarantee your child’s placement in a.m. or p.m. Even if your child is in JK now and continues with SK in the fall, the placement of a.m. or p.m. MAY CHANGE. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate families but this is sometimes impossible due to transportation availability, enrolment during the summer and situations beyond our immediate control. Please avoid disappointments and ensure that if daycare is required~that it is flexible. The school cannot be responsible for daycare arrangements.
