St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Elementary School Council is established for the purposes of developing, encouraging and promoting activities which will enhance the quality of school programs and improve levels of student achievement. The members of the Council include eight parent representatives, one teaching staff member, one non-teaching staff member, one parish representative and the principal. The School Council provides advice to the principal and where appropriate, to the School Board, on issues outlined by the Ministry of Education and Training. Elections take place in the fall and additional information is provided in the September school newsletter. Parents are encouraged to become actively involved in our school.
