JK students
for
September 2013
and
NEW
SK students.
Criteria and documentation for admission:
-
JK students must be 4 years old by December 31, 2013
-SK students must be 5 years old by December 31, 2013
If your child has been baptized:
- Child’s
Catholic
Baptismal Certificate (Roman or Eastern Rite)
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Immunization Record
If your child has not been baptized:
- The
Catholic
Baptismal Certificate (Roman or Eastern Rite) of at least one birth parent.
Please Note
: If your child is presently attending JK, you do not need to register him/her for Senior Kindergarten.
The Full Day Early Learning Kindergarten Program will be implemented at St. Anthony of Padua School in
2014-2015.
